- Delivery: 3-5 business days across PAN-India
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders ₹999 and above (₹50 flat rate below ₹999)

Return & Refund Details:
- Damaged Items: 48-hour reporting window with unboxing video/photo to support@hikaori.com for immediate free replacement.
- Change of Mind: No returns accepted due to the handcrafted nature of DIY kits and fragrance oils.
- Refunds: 7-10 working days back to original payment method if replacement unavailable.
