At Hikaori, every kit is handcrafted with love and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items — 48-Hour Guarantee If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by:
- Emailing support@hikaori.com with your order number
- Attaching an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our DIY candle kits and fragrance oils, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply changed your preference after purchase.
Refunds If a replacement is unavailable for your item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened fragrance oils or wax
- Used or partially assembled DIY kits
- Items without original packaging
